You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligible for Refund

  • Defective or broken items — we will send a replacement or full refund
  • Wrong item received — we will send the correct item or full refund
  • Item significantly different from description — full refund
  • Item not received within 45 days of order — full refund

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items that have been used, modified, or altered
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Change of mind (unless required by your local consumer protection laws)

How to Request a Refund

To ensure we can process your request as fast as possible, please include all of the following when you contact us:

  1. Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  2. Photo(s) of the item clearly showing the defect, damage, or issue
  3. Photo of the shipping label or package (if applicable)
  4. Screenshot of your order confirmation or receipt
  5. Brief description of the problem

Incomplete Requests

If your request is missing required documentation (photos, order number, etc.), we will ask you to provide the missing information. This may delay processing. Please include everything in your first email to speed things up.

Replacements

For defective or wrong items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are shipped at no cost to you and are sent as soon as the case is approved.

Return Shipping

  • Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping costs. In most cases, we do NOT require you to return the item.
  • Other returns: Buyer pays return shipping

Dispute Resolution

We always try to resolve issues directly and quickly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may:

  • File a dispute through your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, or your credit card company)
  • Contact your local consumer protection authority

In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days (angrerett). Defective products are covered by a 2-year warranty (reklamasjonsrett). Contact us to file a complaint.
